Hi there! 👋 I’m Primož Cigoj, the mind behind this blog. By day, I’m the founder and director of PC7, where my team and I build advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions. My academic foundation includes a PhD from the Jožef Stefan Institute, a journey that cemented my deep dive into the world of AI.

Beyond the professional sphere, I identify as an indie hacker. Someone who loves blending technical prowess with creative vision to make innovative ideas manifest. My passion lies squarely in the transformative power of AI, and I’m particularly excited about the directions it’s currently taking, bridging the gap between digital intelligence and the physical world.

My work is driven by a desire to create meaningful products. This led me to found PandaChat, an AI platform that has been recognized with multiple awards, including the SDC Award for innovation. I also created Hai.news to streamline information consumption and AstroChart.ai, a unique blend of generative AI and personal insights. Alongside these ventures, I share my knowledge as a regular lecturer, always pushing forward with new technological developments.

My fascination isn’t limited to large-scale projects; I pour significant energy into numerous personal AI explorations. This constant experimentation across coding, development, and even my background in ethical cybersecurity (having worked with bodies like Europol and NATO) fuels my perspective. I even explore the intersection of technology and consciousness – a space I call “Spiritual Tech” – seeking where inner vision meets external creation.

This blog is where I want to share the fruits of this passion my insights, the lessons from my projects, and the exciting potential I see particularly as AI extends its intelligence into the physical world enabling machines to perceive understand and act in our reality. There’s a sheer joy in building intelligence that interacts directly with our environment and I want to share that journey with you.
